Alfred Berkeley has served as Director of the World Economic Forum, guiding the world’s political, industrial and social leaders in setting new agendas to improve our people and our planet. He set his considerable financial experience and expertise to creating the United Nation’s Sustainable Goals Equity Fund, dedicated to delivering profits to investors and enriched survival to our world’s people and environment.

As the third President/CEO of NASDAQ, (1996 – 2000) and Vice Chair until 2003, Al guided this young exchange’s explosive global growth, and making stock trading a common American occurrence.  He has served on the board of XLBRL – eXtensible Business Reporting Language – helping to standardize, clarify, and streamline business reporting standards worldwide, as well as the President’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council.  Al’s numerous board of directors positions range from the fiscal goal-achieving firm Delight Me, Inc. to Maryland’s Outward Bound.

Currently, serving as Vice Chair of Gentag, Inc. Al oversees that firm’s advancements in making wireless sensor technologies including biomarkers and NFC skin patches offering a broad variety of medical and immunal treatments.  Ever the self-confessed market junkie, Al chairs the board of Princeton Capital Management.  “I am always looking for that fresh new enterprise ready to take off,” says this financial sage.
