Wednesday, September 7 p.m., noted immigration attorney Michael Wildes and Yoko Ono Lennon are hosting a bookwarming party for John Lennon vs. The USA, written by Michael’s father and law partner Leon Wildes, held at the Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Between 1972 and 1976, Leon Wildes represented John Lennon and Ono in their struggle to remain in the US.  Leon will discuss the facts of what became one of the most precedent-setting and bitter deportation cases in US history.
