Howard Howe

Howard Howe is the gentleman you need to seek out when you require an inside understanding of the Federal Reserve. For the last 26 years, Howard has served as Assistant VP of the New York Fed, most recently laboring to bring the banks of China and the US banking systems into a mutually effective trading climate. (A delicate and fascinating endeavor.) Previously, he put his economic research mastery to work for the Federal Reserve’s Board of Governors in their international finance division.

Starting off as a mechanical engineer, Howard joined the then newly formed Peace Corps and was sent to the wilds of Bolivia, and after his two year service, was invited to stay on as Community Development Advisor. Following his international and financial proclivities, Howard returned home to take a Masters of Public Administration from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School, and an economics Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Howard has plied his fiscal expertise in both the governmental and private sector, always maintaining a careful consideration of the publics’ need.
